Robot for handling leather or fabric parts.

The details contained in various loaders fed manually and positioned on a rotating table to ensure the autonomy of the system are automatically picked up by the robot.
A dedicated vision system locates the details and once deposited, the sewing machine will perform the sewing operation all interfaced with our robot.
The robot completes the operations, will deposit the finished parts on a conveyor belt for possible operations in line to follow.
The cycle time provided for each product is about 30 sec. Piece. The above cycle time is purely indicative and is a function of the number of internal part that need stitching.
