The automatic trimming machine allowss to cut the top part of every type of full plastic boots, also with “curved profiles”.

The operator loads the boot on a conveyor belt and select the correct trimming program by a touch panel. The machine automatically trim the boot and can be equipped by two different trimming technologies.

The industrial blade designed and produced by Robot System Automation to be reliable and consistent in the time and the “Hot Knife Technology”allows to set different kind of temperatures and be constant and uniform according to various materials.

The machinery can be integrate in automatic finishing line.
