Flexo-Mill, developed to answer to the modern question of milled shoes production, for ideal, pratique or Norwegian construction.

The milled construction, disappearing for obvious reasons of safety for the operator doing this job, strongly reborn thanks to the introduction of a new robotic workstation able to make this complicate operation improving the quality and working in extreme safe condition.

Flexorobot, picking the last with a special pincer developed by Robot System Automation and milling the shoe on traditional tools, make it unchanged the milling possibilities used in the production from long time. All of this without any risk for the people. More than this, the 3D scanner, fully integrated in the cell, solve all the issue related to the inconstancy in the manual assembling, prevent any damage or wrong milling.
